Fabric Crafts
Recycled Fabric
I love fabric and I am also passionate about recycling. So what could be better than upcycling some old fabric off cuts and turning them into something new. I have made a range of lovely things using fabric off-cuts rescued from my mother's fabric stash and kindly donated by friends and colleagues.
Yellow Fabric Corsage
A lovely bright spring corsage made from fabric off-cuts. This corsage has been made out of suffolk puffs with a button centre. h
h h h Christmas Tartan Corsage
A seasonal tartan corsage made from off-cuts of red and green tartan taffetta. This corsage has a lovely dyed mother of pearl button centre. Lavendar Bags
A heart shaped lavendar bag with a hanging loop and pretty button. The bag has a co-ordinating fabric on the back. |
Wool Corsages
I made a patchwork blanket out of old woolly jumpers and had some bits of jumper left over, so decided to have a go at making rolled corsages out of some of the left over bits. They seem to have turned out ok.
